Byzantine Amber is the third fragrance that, together with Libertine Neroli and Unspoken Musk, makes up the series specifically dedicated to the glorious raw materials of perfumery, reinterpreted according to the style of the house.
Byzantine Amber is an intense and decadent perfume, like a great civilization in the final phase of its splendor.
Salome by Gustave Moreau is a painting that can evoke in images the splendor and drama of this composition.
Geranium – pulpy, pink, spicy, a little green, contrasts with the dry minerality of ambergris storax.
In the base you can feel a familiar structure, an amber accord enriched by a spice that makes it sensual, cinnamon.
That warm and bright accord is obscured by leathery, smoky and animalic aspects, which give intensity and characterize the composition.
