Due to the particular nature of the goods, for health and hygiene regulations, ONLY products that are not "tampered with" or used can be returned, and which are provided with the original sales cellophane.
Returns Limitation
ALL products which at the source (i.e. from the Production) are not provided with safety cellophane, such as for example all Frederic Malle, Le Labo, Jo Malone perfumes and products and in general all make up and samples, cannot be returned in any case.
