Alla Violetta Boutique is a small company with 112 years (yes, you read that right) of experience in the perfumery industry. Today, we are more active than ever in the world of luxury perfumes, artistic perfumes, and niche perfumery. We have three boutiques in Naples, an online shop, and a boutique in collaboration with the prestigious CAMPOMARZIO70, also in Naples and still in the world of luxury perfumes. There is constant continuity between the companies that have succeeded each other over the decades. No interruptions or anything else.
Our employees have a very high average tenure, given the work environment, average salaries, and innovative and modern spirit—it couldn't be otherwise.
In recent years, the world of luxury perfumes has seen significant and constant growth. This is why we are constantly seeking trained and qualified personnel.
The Ideal Candidate for us must have the following characteristics in order of importance relative to what we are looking for:
1) RELIABILITY : understood as consistency of attendance and performance. We're not looking for "geniuses," but rather people we can count on at work. All our collaborators never work more than 40 hours a week, receive very high average gross salaries paid regularly and accurately, and are surrounded by respectful colleagues. We are highly reliable, and we expect the same.
2) LEARNING ABILITY: Each of us, when we approach something we don't know, obviously isn't capable of doing it. No one expects you to write a "treatise on tuberose" when you arrive at Alla Violetta Boutique, rather than making a sale worth thousands of euros, or managing an online platform. You're given the time and opportunity to learn. You're constantly trained and informed about your progress and what you can improve on. But you have to learn. Persevering in the same mistake, however, isn't looked upon favorably... It usually indicates a lack of interest in what you do, and if you don't care about your work, imagine us...
3) ENGLISH LANGUAGE: It's 2023...if you don't know how to speak English...well
4) CONFIDENTIALITY: We are not the custodians of the "third secret of Fatima" but in a highly competitive world we do not appreciate our centuries-old know-how being "blared out" to the four winds.
Preferred qualifications or additional characteristics may be developed over time depending on the needs of Alla Violetta Boutique, but if you possess the four listed above, you already have a good chance of working with us.
We have no preference regarding the personal orientation of the Candidate of any kind, such as Age, Gender, Religion, other... as long as they are respectful of Colleagues, the Environment, the Customers, and all those with whom they have to interact.
Basically, all the staff at Violetta Boutique are trained and prepared to do anything directly and primarily related to our business (no, we are not referring to cleaning and coffee), that is, from sales in the boutique to online sales, from the use of software to the management of social media.
WE OFFER:
1) High average gross salary with a permanent contract starting immediately, subject to a 6-month probationary period within the same contract.
2) Comprehensive training in the world of luxury perfumes, artistic and niche perfumery, and fine cosmetics. Training in managing relationships with physical and online customers, suppliers of goods and services, and social media management.
3) working hours/holidays/permits/thirteenth/fourteenth salary all as per the relevant collective agreement for the commerce sector.
