Can I Cancel / Modify my order?

Yes of course, preferably within 30 minutes of order confirmation during the week until Friday 3pm, then you have the whole weekend to make changes to orders placed from Friday 3pm to Sunday night.

What are the delivery times?

from 24 to 48 hours, barring unforeseen circumstances

When does my order leave?

Orders leave every day from Monday to Friday by 3:00 pm. On Saturday and Sunday the Couriers do not collect or deliver orders.

Which couriers do you use?

At the moment BRT and UPS manage our deliveries.

How do I track my package?

If you are registered on our site, log in to your account and check the status of your order. If shipped, it will have an order tracking number. Click on it and check where your package is. If you are not registered, use your order confirmation email.

What do I do if my package is undelivered or missing?

Don't worry!. Contact our offices by email or phone, we'll take care of everything!

What if the courier wants to deliver a package that is obviously damaged?

SIGN WITH RESERVATION! We cannot oppose the matter to the courier if there is no reservation from the recipient

How many free samples do you give away and can I choose them?

On average, there are 3 free samples and they cannot be chosen, that's why we have our active samples service.

What do I do if the product appears to be defective?

Violetta Boutique supplies directly and exclusively from Official and Exclusive Manufacturers and Distributors. For this reason, it will be our responsibility to verify all possible discrepancies and proceed with the replacement and/or refund. All at our expense.
